Stüssy offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Label
Once submitted, download and print your pre-paid return shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and for your refund to be issued to the original payment method.
